Our founder, Kevin M. O’Brien has over 40 years of business experience in the financial services field. Self employed since 1975, Mr. O’Brien left New York City in 1980 for the unique quality of life offered here in New Hampshire. Kevin spent the first half of his career providing small business owners with advice on the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, as well as, providing business, pension and estate planning services. Kevin has spent the last 20 years as a trusted adviser to individuals and business owners transitioning into retirement, offering in depth retirement financial management services, bringing clarity to clients’ personal and business concerns by addressing their Legal, Investment, Tax and Insurance issues. Kevin has long felt that without addressing each of these areas, most any retirement planning efforts could easily fail.

Kassie  joined the Creative Financial Strategies Inc. team in 2022 as an administrative assistant.  Kassie has over 10 years of diversified management and administrative experience.  Kassie specializes in customer service, marketing, and sales.
